The Full Story
About Electric Fertilizer
Welcome! This is David Wechsler... I started this site long ago, back in 2010 when I first discovered started experimenting with electroculture. I actually first heard of it in 1990, bought some papers on it and shelved it for awhile. 20 years later with a wife and my first kid, we were doing some gardening work and I remembered those old papers I once bought. While I didn't believe it at the time, I did my first experiment and the rest is history!

About David
David holds a Masters' degree in electrical engineering and is a certified systems engineering professional. Professionally, he loves systems thinking, connecting things up, designing and building things.
Experimenting & blogging on electrocultiure since 2010, he wrote the first modern scientific book for the mainstream back in 2014. Since then, he's given speeches, developed a number of unique products, and launched the ELECTROCULTURE Beginners to Advanced Facebook Group in 2020, which is now the largest group on the topic around sporting more than 200,000 members!
Vision
I've long recognizing the amazing potentials that electroculture brings to the world... and it's my vision to share and promote the science, creativity, and benefits it brings.
Furthermore, as a fan of the so-called "Solar Punk" movement that imagines a greener, loving and connected society, I see the study of electroculture as being a way to show how connected we are - to the plants, animals, fellow humans, and the universe itself. There is so much here and I hope you find yourselves as inspired as I am!
